These Terms govern your access to and use of www.volatilepulse.com and The Volatile Pulse newsletter — a digital publication covering cryptocurrency and financial markets, available across Free, Premium, and Pro subscription tiers. By accessing our Site or subscribing to any tier, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use our services.

01 Eligibility

Our Site and newsletter are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you do not meet this requirement, you must not access or use our Site or subscribe to our newsletter.

02 No Financial Advice

The Volatile Pulse is a digital newsletter covering cryptocurrency and broader financial markets. We provide market commentary, analysis, and educational content designed to be accessible to a general audience. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or licensed financial professional. Nothing we publish constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should seek professional advice before making any financial decisions. We will not be held liable for any losses or damages that result from your reliance on our content.

03 Subscription Tiers and Billing

The Volatile Pulse offers three subscription tiers: a Free tier providing access to standard newsletter editions; a Premium tier ($39/month) with enhanced content and analysis; and a Pro tier ($79/month) with full access including exclusive Chart Focus editions. All content is delivered digitally via email. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

04 Free Trials and Promotions

From time to time, we may offer free trials or promotional pricing. The terms of any such offer will be disclosed at the time of sign-up. After the promotional period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the applicable paid rate unless you cancel beforehand.

05 Intellectual Property

All content published through The Volatile Pulse — including newsletter editions, market analyses, Chart Focus reports, written commentary, graphics, logos, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of The Volatile Pulse LLC and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, forward in bulk, screenshot for redistribution, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any of our content without our prior written consent.

Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and read our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit sharing paid content with non-subscribers.

06 Pro Tier Features (Chart Focus)

Pro tier subscribers receive access to Chart Focus — our exclusive technical chart analysis feature available only at the Pro tier — along with all Premium content. Chart Focus editions and all other Pro-exclusive content are intended solely for the individual subscriber and may not be shared, forwarded, screenshotted for distribution, or resold in any form. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue Pro features at any time with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers.

07 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: share your subscription access or login credentials with others; reproduce or redistribute our paid content without authorization; use our content for any commercial purpose without written consent; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract our content; or engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with our services.

08 Third-Party Links and Sponsors

Our content may contain links to third-party websites or sponsored content. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or privacy policies of any third-party sites. Sponsored content will be disclosed where required. Links do not constitute an endorsement of the linked site or any products or services offered there.
